HUA HIN, Thailand (Feb. 1, 2011) — After thrilling crowds for four years at Anantara Golden Triangle Resort & Spa in Chiang Rai, the King’s Cup elephant polo competition will move back to where it all started in 2001 — Anantara Hua Hin Resort & Spa. 

Scheduled to take place Sept. 5-11, this year’s King’s Cup will take comprise 16 international and local teams and feature an array of vibrant festivities surrounding the tournament.

As in years past, all profits from the event will be donated to the Golden Triangle Asian Elephant Foundation. The match schedule will be announced soon.
